Designed to sit in the Heart of Darwin’s Rural Area, this imposing building is detailed using portal frames. This
means cost-effective pre-manufacture construction methods can be utilised allowing expenditure to go towards a much larger than average Floor Plan.
Externally The Building is uniform in shape with super sized Verandahs featuring raking columns and exposed beams. The main roof will have peaked gables. The Internal space will be Equivalently grand with raking ceilings and a huge mezzanine floor over the rooms at the eastern end of the building.
