Mainoru Homestead NT – May 2023
We are proud to have designed the new Mainoru Homestead. The property is located on the Central Arnhem Highway approximately halfway between Katherine and Gove.
The design is classic colonial with wide verandah’s and a hipped roof.
Construction:– Raft slab on the ground – block walls – bespoke timber framed windows and doors – timber lined verandah columns with mitered pedestals – elegant raking ceilings internally.
From the large bedrooms and bathrooms to the grandly proportioned living areas and kitchen/- this is a building that sits well in the wide open spaces of the top end.
